These are two characters I introduced earlier, Asami and Isamu, who would probably appear in next few illustrations.


This is a practice for incorporating digital painting and 3D CG- sort of an extension of concept art practice. I did mainly with 3D CG while I was down with cold- which turned out to be flu today. Doc said it could be the swine flu (not certain but... I was positive for flu so I was sent back home from work). No wonder I was dead in bed like a zombie for the last three days including yesterday. :XD: LOLOL

Thank you to those people who were supportive of me while I was really sick (well, I am supposedly sick until mid of next wk so I am confined at home until then)- esp. to :iconk3-studio: , who cheered me up in my blog :D


Well, must go to sleep now.

Oh... it's not that obvious, but I tried to make the knot of the rope in rolling hitch style. The proper one could have been cleat hitch though... I forgot

hmmm... the sphere looks funny... it has moire but the actual graphic doesn't have that.

Well, I still get a bit of sore throat, but it's interesting to watch news and how they discuss about "scary" swine flu.

I wonder what happens to people who got it already... even though I'm not sure if the flu I had was that but probably it was...

Is it bad in Japan? My husband and I got our regular flu shot 2 weeks ago one day apart, but the nurse that gave it to me told me some news about an older gentlemen. He got the H1N1 shot (swine flu) then later ended up in the hospital because he ended up getting the swine flu and was very sick. Here the news tells us at least 5 individuals are admitted to the hospital very day in my state and about 30 to 50 adults are being seen each day not including teens and children on a day basis. I bought sanitizing hand gels, wipes even a tiny can of Lysol that can go in your purse to help protect my family. I always use hand gels to wipe the cart handles when I'm shopping too, cart handles and escalators are notorious for germs especially from those who don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. "That is so gross", I saw this on a news tv special many years ago. My daughter said the stomach bug was going around her school, which is a 24 hour bug, and this bug is a virus from people that don't wash their hands after they poop. You tough it you get it from not washing your own hands and touching your face. I'm afraid this is a year to be a germafob.
