decided to work on this and put this up before next illustions since they are going to take a long time

Yep, I used Cinema 4D again, same as p.6-7. Since this angle hid most buildings, it didn't take too much time to draw them up. I don't like the shading with my Sketch & Toon setting so I used it just as a reference.

I was going to explain what happened in the past or etc. in this page but nah... too long/boring with this chapter. I will just clarify it on the way.

Hmmm... grammar's wrong about putting I in the middle of a list, but it was like that in Japanese version so I left it like that.
